I did my usual rural driving tour during my May 2017 trip to Lancaster County, PA. I got some good pictures, but I also got some photos that I needed to study for a while before I could decide how to find their inner beautiful soul. This was one of those quiet photos.
My original photo below was not attractive at all and I was just a step away from deleting it. However, I was surprised at how easily I was able to edit it into a very interesting final picture. It was one of my easiest fixes ever.
This photo needed just four Picasa steps to make it into a really attractive reminder of my trip: crop, auto-contrast, boost and border. Those steps brought out the simplicity of composition and lovely colors.
Now it’s almost time to head back to Lancaster County and try taking some early spring photos!
